So, what is a community coalition?
A coalition is a community-wide approach to prevent and reduce substance abuse using the strengths and resources of individuals and organizations. Through collaboration and developing partnerships we provide the support and information that our youth need to make healthy lifestyle choices.
The Coalition’s programs and partnerships are the building blocks to achieving our desired outcome: helping the youth of our community to abstain from the use of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs, so they have the ability to reach their fullest potential.
