- Using strengths and resources of individuals and organizations
- Collaborating and partnering
- Providing support and information that people need to make healthy lifestyle choices
All to Achieve Desired Outcome: Youth are then less likely to choose use alcohol; tobacco or other drugs and will reach their fullest potential.
